"11 Hub - Centro de Empreendedorismo de Impacto do Douro, Tâmega e Sousa", is a structuring initiative to support impact entrepreneurship. It involves the promotion of an integrated set of initiatives for the detection, stimulation, and support of social entrepreneurship; the implementation of incubation, mentoring, and coaching activities to support the development of innovative ideas; and the capacity building of initiatives and institutions aimed at creating and developing new social responses, with a particular focus on addressing local challenges.
The activities contribute to direct, practical, and sustainable impact in the field of social innovation. The exchange of experiences, learning, and best practices through joint work with the community acts as a catalyst for the development of Positive Impact in the region.
The planned implementation is mainly structured around three core pillars, complemented by a cross-cutting action of monitoring, impact evaluation, and communication and dissemination.”
