The International Association on Public and Nonprofit Marketing - IAPNM 2024
XXIII International Congress on Public and Nonprofit Marketing took place between 3 and 6 July in Covilhã and was organized by The International Association on Public and Nonprofit Marketing, a non-profit professional society that aims to create a stable networking platform for academics and professionals in marketing and related disciplines interested in responsibility in businesses, administrations and non-profit organizations, with the aim of laying the bases for an integrated, responsible and sustainable socio-economic development model worldwide.
This event was attended by Leandro Martins, a Doctoral Research Fellow, whose scholarship is carried out under Project UIDP/04728/2020 of CIICESI, with financial support from FCT/MCTES through national funds (PIDDAC).
Leandro Martins says of his participation in IAPNM 2024: "It was a very enriching multicultural experience, which allowed me to gain new knowledge and perspectives on the subject of sustainability. The presentation of studies applied to various global realities was extremely interesting, allowing me to learn about different approaches to the topic of sustainability. Regarding the presentation of my paper "Smart and Sustainable Cities - Citizens Perceptions about the Potential of Digitalization", this was followed by a constructive discussion, where questions were asked, and valuable suggestions were offered. These contributions were particularly relevant and could be fundamental to the realization of a more complete and robust final paper."
