The workshop aims to address the growing challenges of managing and analyzing large volumes of data in business environments, where diversity, volatility, and complexity demand innovative approaches. Its goal is to highlight cutting-edge research in techniques, tools, and models based on Artificial Intelligence that enable organizations to transform data into actionable knowledge and support decision-making at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

The 2026 edition will place special emphasis on the role of Generative AI, exploring its potential in areas such as process automation, risk and investment management, business communication strategies, cybersecurity, advanced analytics, and decision support systems. In addition to showcasing innovative solutions, AIM-ABIA seeks to foster collaboration between academia and industry, enhancing the impact of AI in driving business optimization and growth.

The workshop’s organization includes the participation of professors Bruno Oliveira and Óscar Oliveira, researchers at CIICESI, who are part of the team responsible for promoting this scientific initiative of reference in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to Business Intelligence.
