Fátima Lima

Fátima Lima has completed her PhD in Sustainable Energy Systems (SES) in 2022 by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). She also holds a Msc in Environmental Management (2012, University of Minho) and a Graduation in Environmental Engineering (2007, University of Algarve). She is currently an Assistant Researcher at the Business Sciences Department at the Higher Institute of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (ESTG-IPP). Prior to that she was a Post- Doc researcher at University of Aveiro and a researcher at University ofMinho. Her research interests are in the socio-economic and environmental impacts energy systems, energy efficiency, energy poverty aligned with sustainability goals and climate change concerns. She has an active role in scientific work dissemination, as part of the organizing committee of international conferences (ICEE - International Conference on Energy & Environment: bringing together Engineering and Economics 2019 and DCE 2019: 3rd Doctoral Congress in Engineering) or showcasing science and research activities under Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (European Researchers’ Night 2017). She has participated in several international conferences, under different research fellowships. She is the author or co-author of over 17 publications, in international conferences and in scientific journals.
